AnalyteMe User Agreement and Terms of Use Effective Date: 01.07.2025 1. Introduction This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for the use of the AnalyteMe platform ("Platform"), operated by AnalyteMe Group S.L., a company registered in Spain with its principal place of business at Plaza Purísima Sangre, Num 8, Planta 4, 43201 Reus, Tarragona, Spain ("we," "us," "our"). By registering for or using the Platform, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement. You must explicitly accept this Agreement during registration by checking the provided consent box. 2. Eligibility Use of the Platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian's consent. 3. Account Registration To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You may also optionally provide your country and professional position. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 4. Use of the Platform You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You must not: - Post or transmit any false, misleading, or infringing content. - Use the Platform to violate the rights of any third party. - Attempt to access or interfere with the Platform’s code, servers, or infrastructure. 5. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, service marks, and logos on the Platform are the property of AnalyteMe or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission. 6. User-Generated Content Users may submit questions, answers, and other content. You retain ownership of your submissions, but grant AnalyteMe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. 7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or if your conduct harms the Platform or its users. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AnalyteMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform. 9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnalyteMe, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or your violation of this Agreement. 10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain. 11. Changes to this Agreement We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms unless explicitly stated otherwise. 12.
